5) Plans, Billing, and Renewals

6) Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Exclusions from Reimbursement

  • Unsupported devices, platforms, or outdated apps

  • Slow or unstable internet speeds due to user network conditions

  • Subscription renewals after service has been delivered

Note: VOD is offered as a complimentary feature and cannot be considered guaranteed or used as a basis for refunds.

7) Reseller Credits and Add-On Services

  • Reseller credits purchased for the purpose of reselling Services are non-refundable.

  • Additional services, add-ons, or options added to your subscription are non-refundable.

By purchasing credits or add-ons from apolo iptv, you acknowledge that these are delivered as digital service entitlements and may be consumed immediately, which is why they are excluded from refunds.

8) Legal Liability and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of apolo iptv is lawful in your country. You assume all legal liability that may arise from your use of the Services. We do not provide legal advice and do not represent that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction.

9) Acceptable Use Policy

  • act disrespectfully toward staff or support

Suspension or termination may be permanent, and in such cases you may lose access without refund, especially where violations are involved.

11) Network Restrictions and ISP Interference

In certain countries, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may implement restrictions that affect access to streaming services. These measures may be dynamic and can change during major events.

apolo iptv has no control over ISP actions, local network policies, routing issues, or third-party restrictions. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by these factors, and such interruptions generally do not qualify for refunds or money-back guarantees.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apolo iptv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific channels, categories, or features will be available at all times.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, apolo iptv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

If liability is found despite the above, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent subscription period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the end of this page. Your continued use of apolo iptv after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
